November 15, 2010Chester Martin, 89, a native of Vacherie, La., and resident of Baton Rouge, La., died at 12:40 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010.
He is survived by the family of Loretta, Murray, Jason and Niki Gobert and Layla Willis.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irma M. Martin; his parents, Ovile and Alice Martin; and 10 siblings.
He is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery.
