Chloe Inez Tierney Erdmann Olivier, 91, a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, La. and current resident of Houma, La. died Sunday, October 7, 2007.
She is survived by three sons, Charles W. Erdmann, Jr. and his wife Judy, Craig R. Erdmann and his wife Barbara, and Corey B. Erdmann and his wife Linda; one daughter, Carol Bourke and her husband Michael; four grandchildren, Blaire and Gavin Erdmann and Seth and Erin Higgins and Frank Starks; five great-grandchildren, Chloe Boylan, Ashton and McKenna Higgins, Nadia Erdmann and Victoria Starks; and one sister, Elaine Brinkman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Werlein Joseph Olivier; her parents, Joseph Tierney and Clotilde Frederick Gross Tierney; one sister, Maybell Tierney Kippers; and two grandsons, Robert and Craig Erdmann.
Chloe moved to Houma after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. She loved to cook and was know by many for her good food. She was loved by many and will be missed by many.
In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
