Christopher Matthew Burgess Jr., infant, a native and resident of Lafayette, La., died at
Lafayette General Medical Center, Tuesday, August 5.
He is survived by his parents, Kiara Singleton and Christopher Matthew Burgess Sr. of Lafayette.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 12, at Halfway Cemetery in Gray, La.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
