Clara Lee Johnson, 79, a resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, January 16, 2008.
She is survived by her sons, Tedrick (Patty) Johnson, Eric T. Johnson of Gonzales, La., James C. (Diane) Johnson, John K. Johnson of Arlington, Tx., and Keith D. (Sheena) Johnson of Great Falls, Mt.; daughters, Clara L. (Robin) Bell of Minneapolis, Mn., Beverly A. (Horrace) Boston of Arlington, Mary A. Johnson & Jaque P. Johnson of Houma; sisters, Irene Pete of New Orleans, La., and Rosalie Collins of Houston, Tx.;
26 grandhildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Johnson, Sr.; parents, Alfred LaGarde and Mary Poindexter LaGarde; brother,,Alfred LaGarde, Jr.; sisters, Lucille Brown and Gloria Gasery; grandparents, Northern Poindexter & Louisa Walker Poindexter and Taylor LaGarde & Elizabeth Thomas LaGarde
Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2008 at Community Funeral Home. Funeral Services are Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. She will be buried at Union Benelovent Cemetery
Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
