Clarence Davis, 64, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Monday, Sept. 19, 2011.


Mr. Davis was Baptist. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.


He is survived by his mother, Enolia Williams; sons, Kevin, Zolton (Irene) and Chad Davis; daughters, Jeronica (Nolan Jr.) Smith and Patrice Davis; brothers, Gilbert (Wanda) and Wendell Davis; sisters, Yolanda (Clarence Jr.) Jones, El dorado (Willie) Brown, Karen (Dwight) Williams and Zantise Eric (Trench); and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Davis Jr.; brother, Chauncey Adams; and grandparents, Thomas and Josephine Davis and Henry and Matilda Lawson.

Burial was at St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church Cemetery in Raceland. (Kennedy)
