Clarence Joseph Richardel, 83, a native and resident of Larose, LA., died at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2007.


Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2007 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.


He is survived by his wife, Ruth M. Richardel; his daughters, Paula R. Pierce, Mary R. Thibodeaux, and Martha R. Bourg; his brother, Fred Richardel; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pierre and Argentine Robichaux Richardel; and his brother, Roland Richardel.

He was a parishoner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

He was a member of V.F.W. Post 8538 and retired from Chevron after 32 years of service.

Falgout Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
