Claude Bolden, 89, died Monday, May 9, 2011.
Mr. Bolden served in the U.S. Army and was employed and retired from Kaiser Aluminum Corporation. He was a member and served as a deacon of First Thessalonians Missionary Baptist Church of New Orleans, La.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Gautreaux Bolden; children, Carl and Chirstpoher Bolden, and Gwendolyn Ganey; siblings, Ezora Gauche, and Jeff and Charles Bolden; and many grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Effie Bolden; and siblings, Wilbert and Henry Bolden, Margaret Aubert and Geraldine Vance.
He is interred at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. (Gertrude Geddes Willis)
