Claude Joseph Foret, 64, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, July 12, 2010.


Mr. Foret was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.


He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bergeron Foret; sons, Randy (Kimberly), Craig (Michelle) and Lynn (Michele) Foret; six grandchildren, Garrett, Phillip, Emma, Daley and Thomas Foret and Alyssa Mayet; brothers, Charles and Milton Foret Jr.; sisters, Evelyn Lirette and Doris Moorman; and mother-in-law, Ida Mac Breaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton Sr. and Lucia Levron Foret; one brother, Emile Foret; and father-in-law, Jimmie Bergeron Sr.

He is buried at St. Francis de Sales Mausoleum No. 2.
