Claude J. Soudelier Sr., 83, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lorena Soudelier; daughters, Emelda Rivet, Ruth Dufren, Edna Lafont, Linda Lemus, Eileen Borne and Tess Savoie; son, Bobby Soudelier; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ernestine Soudelier; and sons, Tommy, Scott, Larry and Claude Jr.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
