Claudia R. Pitre, 97, a native and resident of Chackbay, La., died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013.
Mrs. Pitre enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casinos.
She is survived by her daughters, Loredia Guidry, Lorina Daigle and Georganna Kliebert; sons, Eddie Sr. and Steward Pitre; 18 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred Pitre; parents, Adam and Amanda Rodrigue; eight brothers; six sisters; and two grandsons.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
