Clyde Nicholas Landry, 76, a native of Erath, La., and resident of Schriever, La., died at 7:05 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2011.

Mr. Landry was a loving, generous and hard working husband and father. He touched the lives of many people. He was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church.


He is survived by his wife, Verda Landry; son, Toby (Terri) Landry; daughters, Alexis (Steven) Guidry, Tammy and Rachel Landry and Jill (Reed) Pere’; brother, Pervis Landry; sister, Yvonne Trahan; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Avenelle and Adeliade Landry; and brother, Irby Landry.

Burial was at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
