Clyde Ray Redmond Sr., 88, a native of McComb, Miss., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, May 25, 2014.
Mr. Redmond was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War 22. He was a retired administrator for the Louisiana Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. He was a member of the American Legion Post 11, VFW Post 5097 and the High Noon Group. He was a board member Assisi Bridge House and Lafourche Parish Sewerage District II.
He is survived by his sons, Clyde II, Martin (Cheryl) and Price (Crystal); sister, Anna Prescott; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Redmond; parents, Clyde and Anna Redmond; sisters, Juanita McCall, Pauline Williams and Virginia Kerr; and brothers, Ralph and Roy Redmond. (Thibodaux)
