Daniel Thibodaux, 80, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014.
Mr. Thibodaux was a retired electrical shipfitter from Avondale Shipyard.
He is survived by his daughters, Wanda and Daniela Thibodaux, Yvonne Ordoyne and Myra (Gustave) Theriot; siblings, Herman Sr. and Raymond Thibodaux; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Thibodaux; parents, Edith Aupied and Eddie Thibodaux; and siblings, Nolan Thibodaux and Barbara and Joyce Daigle.
Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
