Houma man arrested for theft

Danny Lee Davis, 56, a native of Houma, LA. and resident of Chauvin, LA., died at 6:45 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to funeral time Monday at Samart Funeral Home in Houma. Mass will be at 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with cremation by Crematorium Inc. of Houma.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Darcey Davis; one son, Lee X. Davis; three daughters, Elizabeth, Charlene and Lena Davis; three brothers, Henry Jr., Chris and Lynn Davis; four sisters, Sheila Breaux, Lana Trahan, Jada Boudreaux and Cindy Authement.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Davis Sr. and Elizabeth “Topee” Dryden Davis; and one sister, Elverna Guidry.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help with funeral costs.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
