BISCO director weighs in on ‘English only’ proposal

Danny P. Dupre, 28, a native of Lockport, La., died Tuesday, July 15.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal Dupre; son, Daniel Dupre; grandparents, Delvin P. Dupre Sr. and Hilda Triche Dupre; and sister, Nicole Richard.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joycelyn Dupre.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday, July 21, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Savior Catholic Church. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
