Darlene Villagrana

Darlene Gros Villagrana, 56, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Villagrana; sons, Lafate “Butch” (fiancée Jennifer Morvant) and Donnie (fiancee, Melissa Webre) Day; daughters, Misty (Mike) Barbieri, Holli (Devin) Vasiliauskas and Lusiana “Tootie” (fiancé Donnie Glenn Jr.) Villagrana; stepchildren, Martin, Jesus, Amparo, Jamie, Maria, Victor “Hugo” and Angela; nine grandchildren, Alicia Landrum, Matthew, Jacob and Lauren Barbieri, Lynzi Duet, Logan and Dyson Vasiliauskas and Anjel and Joseph Villagrana; 19 step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Joyce Clement Gros.

A funeral Mass will be held Friday, Dec. 10, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux.

He will be buried at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Church Cemetery in Thibodaux.
