July 11, 2011David James Landry, 25, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, July 3, 2011.
Mr. Landry was employed with Environmental Safety and Health and was a volunteer in the Bayou Black Volunteer Fire Dept. He enjoyed playing darts and shooting pool.
He is survived by his daughter, Zoey Landry; sister, April (Chris) Trahan; grandparents, Anna Faucheaux and Billy and Thelma Shelley; great-grandmother, Lillie Shelley; and a host of aunts, uncles and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Zenobia Landry; grandfather, Vergis Landry Sr.; step-grandfather, Anatole Faucheaux; and great-grandfather, Doil Shelley.
Burial was at Bayou Black Cemetery. (Chauvin)
