Debra “Debbie” Simon Guidry, 53, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
Mrs. Guidry was a loving wife, daughter, friend and mother of three. She enjoyed her family and volunteering at church. She worked at Audubon Guest House for 10 years.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Guidry; son, Jonathon Guidry; daughter, Kelli Guidry; mother, Elaine (Norris Sr.) Foret; brother, Ulysse (Mindy) Simon; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Blake Borne; father, Remy Simon Jr.; and sisters, Anne Nuccio and Linda and Donna Simon.
Visitation will be 8:30 to 10 a.m. Thursday, May 30, at House of Prayer Pentecostal Church with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Thibodaux)
