Diana Ellen Foret Adams, 58, a native of Cut Off, La., and a resident of Galliano, La., died at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 20.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joseph Adams III; her mother, Earline Hunter Foret Bouffanie; one son, Lance Henry Adams and wife Jamie of New Brunfels, Tx.; one daughter, Laurie Lynn Adams; five brothers, Horace “Butch” Foret and wife Barbara, Larry Foret and wife Becky, Mike Foret, Danny Foret and wife Judy, and Henry Foret; two sisters, Brenda F. Griffin and husband Larris and Pam Bouffanie; and one stepbrother, Randy Bouffanie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Horace P. Foret Sr.; her grandparents, Enes J. and Aline Autin Hunter and Alcide and Onelia Labat Foret; her stepfather, Norman Bouffanie; her father-in-law, Joseph Adams II; and one niece, Angelique Bouffanie.
She was greatly loved by family and friends. She was a member of Full Gospel.
She was buried at Memorial United Methodist Cemetery in Valentine, La.
