July 25, 2011Dianne Rogers Labit, 67, a native and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
Mrs. Labit’s greatest love was God first and then her family. She enjoyed gardening and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Labit; mother, Ollie Rogers; sons, Paul (Rachel), Timothy and Michael (Patricia) Labit; daughter, Donna (Marvin) North; brother, Jimmy (Marilyn) Rogers; sisters, Judy (Alton) Authement and Cheryl (Harvey Jr.) Henry; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, E.J. Rogers; and sons, John and Sammy Labit.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, July 23 at Samart Funeral Home with religious services to follow. Burial will be at Rogers Cemetery. (Samart)
