February 18, 2014Dolores Breaux Foret, 82, a native of Mathews, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014.
Mrs. Foret was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, church choir and American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Pierre Foret; sons, Francis, Gerard and David Foret; daughter, Celeste Rachel; brother, Louis Breaux; sisters, Della and Mary Breaux; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Louisa Breaux; brothers, Eddie, Harry and Earl Breaux; and sisters, Alice Bourgeois and Shirley Guidry.
Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
