Donald “Duck” Celestine, 52, a native of Terrebonne, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, September 13.

He is survived by one brother, Douglas Williams of Houma; and four sisters, Irma Harding, Mable Williams of Houma, Marion Smith and husband Perry of New Orleans, La., and Jacquelyn Williams of Beaumont, Tx.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin Johnson and Hazel Celestine; one brother, Earl Williams; and two sisters, Verna Harding and Annette Gorrell.

He was Baptist.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, September 20, at Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home with a religious service to follow. He will be buried at Crozier Cemetery.

Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
