Donna Broom

Donna Broom, 55, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011.

Mrs. Broom was Baptist.

She is survived by her husband, Terrell Broom; son, Jamie (LaShonda) Broom; daughter, Alea Broom; sisters, Jennifer (Fred) Williams, Lisa King and Nicole (Shawn) Broyard; brothers, Alvin Jr. (Stacy), Gregory, Jeffery, Troy and Michael King; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Sr. and Lola King; and son, Terrell Broom.

Burial was at Young Ladies Benevolent Cemetery in Raceland. (Kennedy)
