Doris Wiese, 75, a native of Utica, Miss., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010.
She is survived by her sons, Van Thomas Heard and Kerry and Wilbur (Susan) Sons Jr.; daughter, Sandra (Rickey) Harp; sisters, Mildred Purvis and Lessie Marsh; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, at Twin City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Morgan City Cemetery.
