July 6, 2010Dorothy V. Chiasson, 85, a native of Belle River, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died at 8:07 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010.
Mrs. Chiasson was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Kirth (Amy) Chiasson; daughter, Pam C. Hebert; sister, Elda “Dod” St. Germain; and grandchildren, Masy and Tory Hebert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman H. Chiasson; parents, Beauregard and Laura R. Vaughn; two brothers, James Perera and Willy “Bill” A. Vaughn; and one sister, Hilda Gaudet.
She is buried at Holy Savior Catholic Church Cemetery.
