May 27, 2010Dorothy “Dot” Lee Goubert, 67, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Houma, died Monday, May 17, 2010.
She is survived by her husband, Edward “Mickey” Goubert Jr.; mother, Josephine Lee; sons, E.J. (Paula) and Ronny (Veronica) Goubert Jr.; brothers, Harris Lee, David and Richard Griffin; sisters, Loretta Usey, Theresa, Alice and Joann Griffin; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
As per Mrs. Dot’s request in lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital preferred.
She is buried at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery in Houma.
