Dorothy Hunter Gray, 86, a native of Patterson, La., and resident of Lafayette, La., died at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, Sept 29, 2010.
She is survived by her sons, Grant (Justine) Wesley and Bennie (Floydell), Joseph (Laura) and Melvin (Leonora) Hunter; daughters, Stella (Clifton) Lewis, Doris (Louis) Wiggins, Wanda (Raymond) Jackson, Margaret (Arthur) Dugas, Linda Dearing, Mary, Frankie (James) and Tammae Hunter; sister, Helen Skyler; and a host of grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4 at the Siracusaville Recreation Center. Burial will be at Morgan City Cemetery.
