Douglas Brian Hofstetter, 48, a former resident of Houma, La., and a recent resident of Franklinton, La., died at 11:40 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011.
Mr. Hofstetter was very proud of and showed tremendous love for his family. He lived and worked in Houma for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Triche Hofstetter; daughter, Brooke Hofstetter; sons, David and Dylan Hofstetter; mother and step-father, Barbara and John Carroll; sister and brother-in-law, Vickie and Dave Brown; mother and father-in-law, Joyce and Adam Triche; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Hofstetter; and one brother, Michael Hofstetter.
He is buried at Magnolia Cemetery. (Crain of Franklinton)
