November 15, 2010Dudley Joseph Landry, 95, a native of Pierre Part, La., and resident of Donaldsonville, La., died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010.
Mr. Landry was a retired carpenter and boat builder.
He is survived by his daughters, Jane Gaudet and Margaret (Robert) Dubois; sons, Irvin Sr. (Linda), Alvin (Esther), Shelby (Velma) and Curtis (Carolyn) Landry; sister, Enola Landry Mabile; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Hue Landry; three sisters, Virginia Gaudet, Adeline Blanchard and Elodie Staunton; one brother, Benny Landry; and one son-in-law, Jimmy Gaudet.
He is buried at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Cemetery in Pierre Part.
