Eddie Joseph “Voup” Oubre Jr., 51, a native and resident of Vacherie, La., died Friday, Dec. 31, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Stein Oubre; daughter, Hayley Oubre; son, Jarred Oubre; mother, Therese Gravois Oubre; and sister, Catherine Hymel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie J. Oubre Sr.; three brothers, Wade, Lowell and Timothy Oubre; and two sisters, Annette Stein and Ellen Mula.
He is interred at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church Mausoleum.
