Edith Carrere Folse, 77, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Des Allemands, La., died Saturday, March 12, 2011.
She is survived by her daughters, Gay-Lynn Folse and Laura (Steve) LeBlanc; and sister, Gladys Mayer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Folse; parents, Justillien and Laura Carrere; and brother, Murphy J. Carrere.
She is buried at St. Gertrude Catholic Church Cemetery. (Falgout)
