Elaine Theriot Whipple, 73, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Feb. 28, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, Darrell and Chad Whipple; daughters, Jennifer (Paul Sr.) Eschete and Melinda Whipple; brothers, Kenneth and Danny Theriot; sisters, Ruth Lafont and Julie Toups; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Whipple Jr.; parents, Van and Aline Theriot; and sister, Adline LeBouef. (Samart)
