Elizabeth “Betty” Caroline Walton White, 81, a native of Brooklyn, New York and a resident of Bourg, La., died Wednesday, June 24, at 6:30 a.m.
She is survived by her sons, Kenneth White and wife Yvonne White of Bourg, and Richard White and wife Betty of Marrero, La.; and daughter, Linda Parker and husband Bob of Oriental, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. White; and parents, John F. Walton and Julia Makevitt Walton.
She was a homemaker. She was Presbyterian.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 26, at The Homestead, 1132 Cottage Drive, Houma, La.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
