Elizabeth Rose Seibert Evans, 80, a native of New Orleans, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died at 8:38 p.m. Sunday, May 18.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Edward Leroy Evans Sr. of Houma; son, Edward Leroy Evans Jr. and wife, Karen Lori, of Mooresville, N.C.; and grandchildren, Jordan Evans and Cameron Evans.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Seibert and Willamena Reynolds Seibert.
She was a retired administrative secretary for Vandebilt Catholic High, and a teacher/administer for Holy Rosary School. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 23, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
