Elma Crosby St. Pierre Toups, 87, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, Louisiana, died at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 10, 2014.
Mrs. Toups enjoyed spending time with family and visits to various casinos.
She is survived by her daughters, Charlotte (companion Lonnie Rivers) Lee, Sherry (Kyogee) Edwards, Kathy (Farrell Sr.) Collins; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Vinton (Samantha) Crosby; sisters, Beatrice “Tissie” Curole, Myrna (Larry) Griffin and Kathleen (Nelson) Cheramie.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Nolan “Brod” St. Pierre; second husband, Larson “Ba Ba” Toups; son, Jody Joseph St. Pierre; parents, Webster and Cedonia Callais Crosby; brother, Lindbergh (Joyce) Crosby; sister, Pearl (Louis) Eymard; brother-in-law David Curole; and great-grandson, Dylan.
Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery.
