Elsie Hebert Brassette, 88, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
Mrs. Brassette was a parishioner of St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Joseph Brassette; daughter, Susan Brassette; sons, Donald (Lois), David (Joan) and Leslie (Linda) Brassette; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anatole and Lorentine Hebert; brothers, Clarence, Herbert, Lawrence, Claude, Norman and Adam Hebert; sisters, Virgis Naquin and Ethel Arabie; and an infant daughter.
Interment was at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
