Emile “Neg” Adley Percle, 83, a native and resident of Chackbay, La., died Tuesday, June 29, 2010.
Mr. Percle was retired from Superior and Mobil Oil Co. He enjoyed hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his sons, Ray (Mary), Emile Jr., Patrick (Deidra “Dee”), Jessie (Denise), Ted (Michelle) and Ferrel Percle; daughters, Merlin (Benny) Clement, Joanne (Foster) Landry, Pearl (Joe) Percle, June (Stanley Yancy) Ledet and Betty (Peter) Loupe; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; 22 step-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Lorita Rodrigue and Joyce Toups.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lena Rodrigue Percle; parents, Clay and Rita Percle Percle; two brothers, Louis and Ivy Percle; four sisters, Lena David, Adline Landry, Celina Rodrigue and Virgie Tabor; and son-in-law, Hubert Ledet.

He is buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Chackbay, La.
