Enola Cheramie Felarise, 78, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.
Mrs. Felarise’s main focus in life was her husband and family. She loved spending time with family and friends, going to the casino and playing bingo. She worked at Lady of the Sea General Hospital for 29 years.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gilbert Felarise; sons, Wayne Sr. (Adele) and Michael Sr. (Penny) Felarise; daughters, Rose (Wayne Sr.) Plaisance and Sandy (Brad) Duet; brother, Sullivan (Darlene) Cheramie; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Rosea Cheramie; and brothers, Bobby and Chester Cheramie.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
