LABI official: Tough times could be coming for La.
February 22, 2010Ernest Gerald Breaux, 65, a native of Lake Charles, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010.
A diehard Saints’ fan, Mr. Breaux enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Starr Breaux; daughters, Rebecca (Bobby) Outhouse, Tammy “Daego” (David) Walker, Tish Aguillard and Tracey Trosclair; brothers, Nolan (Carla) Charles (Sue) and Alee Breaux; grandchildren, SPC. Joshua (SPC Jennifer) Parnell, Micheal Hoffpauir, Alex “Possum” Walker and Baylee “Peanut” Outhouse.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Ida Boudreaux Breaux; brother, Daniel Breaux; and sister, Bernice Savoy.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, and 8 to 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral arrangements are appreciated.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
