Ervin “Dot” Anthony Duet, 59, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died Friday, August 3, 2007, at 1:00 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Leetch Duet; his mother, Elda Pitre Duet; one son, Sammy Duet and his wife Laura; one stepson, Hector Gonzales; one daughter, Christie Duet; one brother, Jack Duet; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elvin Duet.
Ervin was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Visitation is Tuesday, August 7, 2007, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off, La. He will be buried at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
