Ethel Chighizola, 86, a native and resident of Grand Isle, La., died at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010.
Ms. Chighizola was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sister, Hazel Quebodeaux; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Lillie Chighazola; brother, Louis Chighizola; nephew, Cory Quebodeaux; and one sister, Augusta Readenour.
She is buried at Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Cemetery.
