Ethel Pitre Charpentier, 90, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014.
Mrs. Charpentier is survived by her son, Charles “Poug” ( Lois) Charpentier; daughters, Beverly Cressoine and Alice (Myron “Moon”) LeBoeuf; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Weaser “Hood” Joseph Charpentier; parents, Norris and Alcida Trahan Pitre; brothers, Harold, Michael and Leroy Pitre; and sisters, Beulah Poche, Willa Mae Taylor, Margarette Solito and Lois Carlos.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
