June 27, 2011Euclid “Kippy” Gerald Gros, 75, a native and resident of Labadieville, La., died Thursday, June 23, 2011.
Mr. Gros served with the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen Gros; children, Kurt, Angela, Shane (Christina) and Eric (Donna) Gros and Lisa (Fritz Jr.) Boudreaux; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clovis and Andrea Gros; son, Jeffery Gros; brothers, Emile, Arsene, Dewey, Clovis Jr., Jacque, Chester, Frank and Clay Gros; and sisters, Emily Thibodeaux and Helen Boudreaux.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, June 25 at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Landry’s)
