Evelyn B. Hadrick, 80, a native of Napoleonville, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died at her daughter’s home in Thibodaux, Saturday, October 11.
She is survived by five children and spouses, Darwin and Lilly Hadrick, Reginald and Beulah Hadrick, Barbara and Edwin F. Charles III, and Gwendolyn and Mildred Hadrick; son-in-law, Donald Williams; three sisters-in-law, Helen Jupiter, Gladys Dennis and husband Jacques, and Lillie Williams; one brother-in-law, Willis “Bobby” Hadrick; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Estelle Rhodes; her husband, Jessie Willard Hadrick; one grandson, Bryon Hadrick; and two sons-in-law, Joshua Butler and Alton Moses.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, October 18, at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church in Napoleonville with a religious service to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of the arrangements.
