Evelyn Jeanette Warren Simmons, 51, a native of Tylertown, Miss., and a resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, July 11.
She is survived by her companion, Charles Sneeze Sr.; two daughters, Telika Simmons and Teaneeshia Simmons, both of Houma; two brothers, Ellis Warren Jr. and Larry Warren and wife Kathy of Houma; two sisters, Zetela Ruffin and husband Raymond, and Janice Calloway and husband Nelson, all of Houma; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emma Bell Carson Warren and Ellis Hollis Warren Sr.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at Community Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Southdown Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
