Felix P. Delatte, 78, a native and resident of Choctaw, La., died at 2:03 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010.

There aren’t enough words to express his strength, determination and enjoyment for life he presented to all he encountered. He was an inspiration even during his time of illness. He was a compassionate, loving, devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He possessed an amazing heart of kindness and love for everyone he met along his journey.
