Gov.’s wife joins effort to build Gray Habitat home

Florence Voisin Jessen, 86, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
Mrs. Jessen was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters, Bertha (Roger III) White and Sarah Ann (Randall) Young; son, Christian Jessen III; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers, Fleming and Edwin Voisin.
She is buried at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.
