Floyd Joseph Boudreaux Sr., 60, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011.

Mr. Boudreaux was an avid man of the water. He was proud to be a boat captain and fisherman and he loved woodwork, painting, music and playing his guitar.


He is survived by his wife, Sandra Lee White Boudreaux; son, Floyd “T-Floyd” Boudreaux Jr.; daughters, Angel (Mark) Martin and Ellie (Elishah) Gomez; daughter at heart, Jamie Porche Pinell; sister, Linda (Billy) Lutrell; brothers-in-law, Samuel Sr. (Sandra) and Jerome White; father-in-law, Mitchell “M.J.” (Mazie Orgeron) White; five grandchildren, Marki Martin, Alyssia and Jie Boudreaux; Kylee Porche and Ethan Pinell; special caretaker, Rebecca “Becky” Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis Antoine and Ollie Mary LeBouef Boudreaux; sister, Brenda Boudreaux; and mother-in-law, Nellie White.

He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chauvin. (Samart)
