Folse Richard Boudreaux

Folse “Teedy” Richard Boudreaux, 81, a native of Morgan City, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011.

Mr. Boudreaux was a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School and studied petroleum engineering at Nicholls State University. He retired from Sun Oil Company after 36 years of service. He was an active member of his church and community. He was an avid carpenter and traveler. He is loved and will be missed by family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Boudreaux; children, Jill (Harold) Sonnier, Kevin (Sylvia), Brian (Lisa), Mark (Danna) and Brett (Jamie) Boudreaux and Melissa (Steve) Bell; sister, Janet Courtney; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lovelace and Viola Boudreaux; brothers, Benjamin and Lovelace Boudreaux Jr.; and sister, Grace Carpenter.

Burial was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Thibodaux)
