Forest Joseph Savoie, 93, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Saturday, March 22.
He is survived by his son, Leslie Savoie; daughters, Peggy Rodriguez and Irene Durio; brother, Percy Joseph Savoie; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Felicite Adam Savoie; and sisters, Irene Savoie and Euphrasier Duplantis.
He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose with mass to follow. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
